Registration

Be complete as possible. The highlighted fields are required to register.
There is a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 12.

There will be an announcement email list created once the season gets underway. The Captain and Co-Captain will automatically be subscribed. Any other team member who wishes to subscribe may do so at anytime through the link that will be on the main page, or may select the list option on the registration form.
